The operating system
for yacht charter
DinghyFleet connects requests, offers, bookings and collaboration in one structured charter workflow — starting with Broker Workspace, available today.
Start free. Upgrade when your team is ready.
Yacht charter already runs on specialist systems. The workflow between them is still fragmented.
Fleet systems, inboxes, messaging, documents and payment tools each handle part of the journey. The challenge is keeping requests, availability, offers, decisions and commitments connected as a charter moves forward.
No single source of truth — context is spread across systems, conversations and documents.
Requests arrive through different channels
Email, WhatsApp, web forms and calls enter the workflow in different ways.
Availability lives in different places
Fleet systems, direct confirmations and temporary holds do not always share the same context.
Offers evolve across conversations
Yacht options, availability, pricing and client decisions change across documents and threads.
Commitments lose their operational context
Deposits, balances, deadlines and terms are often tracked separately from the charter.
Three layers. One charter operating system.
Operations, collaboration and financial context — connected around the same charter journey.
A focused place for every role in the charter journey.
Brokers, operators and customers get the context and tools they need — while work stays connected around the same charter record.

Questions teams ask before getting started.
Clear answers about who DinghyFleet is for, what is available today, and how it fits into your operation.
Yes. Broker Workspace is live, and you can create a free workspace now to manage requests, offers and bookings. Customer Portal is available today for client-facing steps of the charter journey, while Operator Workspace is in early access. Broker–operator collaboration is being expanded and validated in stages, as shown in the roadmap.
DinghyFleet is B2B software for yacht charter professionals. It starts with brokers and operators, with role-based workspaces and a customer portal that keep the charter journey connected from request to completion. It is not a consumer charter marketplace.
Manage client requests, create and share offers, coordinate availability, turn an accepted offer into a booking, and keep the commercial context connected as the charter moves forward.
Not necessarily. DinghyFleet is designed to reduce fragmented spreadsheets, inbox handoffs and repeated data entry around the charter journey, while connecting to—not immediately replacing—specialist fleet, base or accounting systems. Integrations will be added where they remove proven workflow friction.
DinghyFleet’s collaboration model is built around a shared charter record with clear ownership. The broker owns the commercial journey and completeness of the booking file, while the operator owns availability decisions, qualification approval, operational readiness, handover and checkout. Critical actions remain separate — for example, submitting a skipper document does not equal operator approval.
Every organization works in its own isolated tenant with database-enforced access controls. Members’ access is scoped by role at platform, organization and workspace level. Collaboration sharing is opt-in between organizations, and shared document links can be revoked. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our managed cloud infrastructure. Account, membership and billing activity is recorded in an append-only audit log. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Read the Privacy Policy
