    We handle the booking, payment, and communication — so your trip is smooth, secure, and stress-free.

  • All trips are carried out by verified local operators with the necessary certifications, insurance, and professional experience.
    DinghyFleet provides the digital infrastructure, ensures quality standards, and supports you throughout the booking process.

  • Yes. Every operator is required to meet safety standards, have valid inspections, proper insurance, and all necessary certifications.
    We only work with trusted professionals.

  • No. All trips are operated by experienced skippers.
    Your only job is to enjoy the water and the views.

  • When booking, you only pay a 10% deposit using our secure payment system (Stripe).
    The remaining 90% will be automatically charged to the same card 24 hours before the trip.
    You’ll receive a reminder before the charge is made.

    💡 Last-minute bookings (e.g. same-day) may require full payment upfront.

  • Yes, you can cancel at any time.
    However, the 10% deposit is non-refundable.
    No further charges will apply — the remaining amount won’t be collected.

    • It protects operators from no-shows and unserious bookings.
    • It helps with crew planning and logistics.
    • It lets you reserve your time without paying the full amount up front.

    These are clear and fair terms — consistent across all boats and operators on DinghyFleet.

  • If the operator cancels due to circumstances beyond their control (such as bad weather or a technical issue), you’ll receive:

    • an alternative date (if available), or
    • a full refund of your deposit, automatically and without needing to request it.
